This policy explains how HK WE&SN LIMITED, operator of TerpPouch Packaging (“we”, “us”), handles information when you visit this website or contact us.
Information we collect
This website has no account system, shopping cart or payment form, and the quote builder does not send or store what you type — it only prepares a message draft in your browser. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us, for example your name, business name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the details of your request.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, and keep business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp — if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Email — emails are handled by our email provider.
- Website hosting — our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the website.
- Google Fonts — the website loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Retention
We keep inquiry and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us at terppouch@gmail.com.
