Production time
Production time depends on bag shape, size, finish, print method and quantity. It starts once payment is received and your final artwork is approved.
Shipping
Shipping method, cost and estimated transit time depend on your destination, order weight and deadline. They are set out in your written quote. Shipping is charged in addition to the packaging price unless your quote says otherwise.
Taxes, duties and customs
Import duties, taxes and customs fees depend on your country. Your quote will state which charges are included. Any charges not included are payable by the buyer. Customs checks can add time to delivery.
Need your bags by a date?
Tell us your deadline before ordering. We’ll check which styles and shipping options can meet it. Delivery estimates may change due to customs, public holidays or carrier delays.
